Mingkai's fasteners are mainly made of carbon steel (including Yiche steel), stainless steel (including Yiche stainless steel), copper (including quick cut copper), etc. in order to give the products beautiful surface, anti-corrosion and other performance effects, it provides surface treatment such as electroplating, hot-dip, mechanical plating, etc., so that the products have been recognized and favored by the industry.

The basic processing steps are as follows: wire Pickling - annealing (according to the different fasteners, the wire is also directly drawn) - pickling (to wash the oxide skin, etc.) - wire drawing - forming on the cold heading machine - rolling on the rolling machine - heat treatment (generally not hot treatment for grade 6.8 and below nut grade 8) - electroplating (according to the customer's needs) - Packaging - shipment.
