Anodizing

Anodizing is to form 3-30um oxide film on the surface of aluminum and its alloy, so as to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance of aluminum and its alloy, the ability to absorb coating and pigment, as well as the hardness and insulation performance.

Basic reason: the anodizing of aluminum is essentially the electrolysis of water. After the electrolyte is electrified, it hydrolyzes under the action of current. The basic processing steps are: degreasing - alkali washing - Pickling - chemical polishing - anode - dyeing - hole sealing - drying.
