Hardware processing is to process raw materials into various parts by lathe, milling machine, drilling machine, polishing and other machines according to customers' drawings or samples. In the process of hardware processing, sometimes there will be unilateral burr. What's the reason? Today, Mingkai's editor makes a simple analysis for you.

1) Mold device fault. If the punch is not perpendicular to the fixed plate or is loose due to wear, or the locating pin is loose, the correct fixed position of the punch and the die cannot be ensured.

2) Poor guidance accuracy. The uniformity of stamping space is affected by the center line of upper and lower die is not coincident due to the large space of die guide.

3) Device fault. When there is no guiding die in the device, the orientation of the upper and lower dies is forbidden to form uneven space. The surface of the upper formwork or the bottom plate of the mold is not clean, or the screw fastening of the upper formwork is improper, which will constitute the deflection of the operation part.

4) Mold deformation during operation. For example, the leakage hole of the punching mattress board is too large, the lower die plate is too thin, and the die rigidity is not enough.

5) The space of the guide rail of the press is too large, the parallelism between the bottom of the slide and the working table is not good, or the perpendicularity between the slide direction and the working table is not good.

6) When the maximum resistance of workpiece stamping exceeds 80% of the nominal pressure of the press, the open press is easy to deform the "C" shape bed, so that the upper and lower die centerlines do not coincide.

7) The flatness of sheet metal is poor, which makes the punch with smaller diameter skew in the process of metal stamping.

8) Due to the improper process of material selection, casting and heat treatment, the concave die deforms during heat treatment or WEDM, which affects the uniformity of empty space.

The above are several reasons for unilateral burr in hardware processing, hope to help you.
