1、 In the machining of mechanical parts, take off the jaw of the vice, process two M4 threaded holes, level two 1.5mm thick steel plates 2 with the jaw, rivet 0.8mm thick hard brass plates 3 with aluminum countersunk rivets, and fasten them to the jaw with M4 countersunk screws 1 to form a durable soft jaw. 1. Benchmark first:

When using mechanical equipment to process products, a reference plane must be determined, so that there can be a positioning reference in the subsequent processing. After the reference plane is determined, the reference plane must be processed first.


2. Division of processing stages:

When the products are machined, they need to be processed in different degrees according to different product requirements, and the processing degree needs to be divided. If the accuracy requirements are not high, then a simple rough processing stage is enough. 3. Face before hole:

4. Finishing:
