This kind of insert radiator is widely used in the heat dissipation of the equipment.


There are two different manufacturing processes for the insert radiator. One is body welding, i.e. the metal sheet is directly connected with the radiator. This connection method is that there is only one contact point between the radiator and the metal sheet, which has good corrosion resistance and does not need to be polished. However, the filler welding needs to be polished and the corrosion resistance is poor; no matter what kind of welding method, the plug-in radiator should observe whether the welding position is neat and firm. If the welding process is poor, the overall quality of the plug-in radiator is not optimistic. For ordinary consumers, it may not be very good to judge which kind of plug-in radiator is suitable, so you can buy the plug-in radiator according to the appearance quality of the plug-in radiator, or consult a professional.


The first is gear shaping technology, which uses more than 60 tons of pressure to combine the aluminum sheet in the base of the copper sheet, and there is no medium between aluminum and copper. From the micro point of view, the atoms of aluminum and copper are connected to each other to a certain extent, so as to completely avoid the disadvantages of interface thermal resistance caused by the traditional combination of copper and aluminum, and greatly improve the heat transfer ability of the product.


The second is the reflow soldering technology. The biggest problem of the traditional joint radiator is the interface impedance, and reflow soldering technology is the improvement of this problem. In fact, the reflow welding process is almost the same as that of the traditional joint type heat sink, except that a special reflow furnace is used, which can accurately set the temperature and time parameters of the welding. The solder adopts lead tin alloy, so that the welding and the metal to be welded can be fully contacted, so as to avoid missing welding and empty welding, so as to ensure the connection between the fins and the base as close as possible and as large as possible The interface thermal resistance can be reduced to a minimum, and the melting time and temperature of each solder joint can be controlled to ensure the uniformity of all solder joints. However, the price of this special reflow furnace is very expensive, which is widely used by motherboard manufacturers and rarely used by radiator manufacturers. Generally speaking, the radiators adopting this process are mostly used for high-end products and are more expensive.


Whether it is a plug-in radiator or other radiators, it can be called a qualified radiator with good use effect and long service life. When purchasing radiators, we must pay attention to whether the radiators meet these two requirements. If there is no other special requirement for radiators with multiple functions or big brands in the market, there is no need to choose such radiators.
