With the extension of the service life of the insert radiator, a lot of dust and stains will be accumulated on the fan and the insert radiator. Especially in the kitchen or oil smoke and dusty places, it is easy to cause a lot of dust and serious oily stains on the fan in a short time. So, how should we clean the radiator?
The insert radiator shall not contact with any acid, alkali or other corrosive properties. It is recommended to use hard and soft water after softening treatment to avoid internal blockage of radiator and generation of scale. When using antifreeze, in order to avoid radiator corrosion, please use the long-term antirust antifreeze produced by the regular manufacturer and in line with the national standard. During the installation of the inserted radiator, please do not damage the heat dissipation band (fin) and the radiator to ensure the heat dissipation capacity and sealing. When the water in the inserted radiator is completely drained and refilled, the drain switch of the engine block shall be turned on first, and then closed when there is water flowing out, so as to avoid water bubbles. Check the water level at any time in daily use, and add water after shutdown and cooling. When adding water, slowly open the water tank cover, and keep the operator away from the water inlet as far as possible to prevent scalding caused by the injection of high-pressure steam gasoline water inlet. In winter, in order to prevent core cracking caused by freezing, such as long-term shutdown or indirect shutdown, the water tank cover and drain switch shall be set to drain all water. The effective environment of standby patch radiator shall be ventilated and dry.
To clean the radiator, you can also install the rubber hose on the nozzle, insert it into the water inlet of the radiator, and keep the water full. Then open the small tap and let the water drain into the plate. Repeat until the discharged water is clean, and make sure to funnel all the water used for cleaning into the sealed container, just like the used coolant. Here, if you need to, you can put the used clamps and hoses back in place.
