Insert radiator is a kind of common radiator at home now. Insert radiator is a kind of radiator which is used to make the account tube deform through the straight tube push inflation machine, and then rebound and combine, and the plug-in assembly can ensure no leakage. As a result, a lot of energy waste is reduced, and there is no need for welding in the assembly process of the patch radiator, and there is no overheating effect on the surface of the patch radiator. Next, we will briefly introduce the assembly specification of the lower insert radiator.
1. Before installing the water radiator of the inserted radiator, first unscrew the water injection port, check whether the water injection port is damaged, whether there is rust inside the radiator, and whether the cover is tightly screwed with the water injection port. If there is any abnormality, it is necessary to replace the intact accessories before the next operation;
2. Use the support template, clip it to the support installation of the water radiator of the plug-in radiator, check whether the support installation hole is aligned with the hole, whether the installation hole position is correct, and whether the "U" groove width of the water radiator is appropriate;
3. Arrange the direction of the drain pipe, take the bottom surface of the water radiator mounting bracket as the benchmark, if the length of the drain pipe exceeds the bottom surface of the bracket by 300 mm, the drain pipe is qualified, if it is too short, it is necessary to replace the drain pipe with the appropriate length; if it is too long, cut off the extra part; assembly specification of the patch radiator
4. Lift the water radiator and oil radiator to make it stand upright, uncover the shield cover of the water radiator inlet and outlet, oil radiator inlet and outlet, check whether there is water accumulation in the radiator, whether there is rust on the inner pipe wall, whether there is oxide and other impurities, clear the water accumulation, rust and impurities before assembling the water radiator and oil radiator;
5. Check whether the drain valve at the bottom of the water radiator can be opened and closed flexibly and effectively;
6. Remove the protective net of the oil radiator and check whether the radiator is scratched;
7. Before installing the water radiator, check whether the radiator is scratched;
8. The water radiator is connected with the air guide cover and the oil radiator is connected with the water radiator;
9. Lift the insert radiator group to the platform, adjust the position of the radiator group to the hole, so that the gap between the air guide cover and the fan blade tip must be within the specified range;
10. Pre install the mounting bolts of the insert radiator group, fix the nuts with an open-ended wrench, pre tighten the bolts with an air gun, tighten the mounting bolts with extra force, and mark them with a paint pen.
