Common bottom processing technology

·Generally, there are three processing technologies for radiators:

·1. Wire drawing: the process of grinding metal surface with abrasive cloth belt;

·2. Polishing: the process of polishing metal surface with non woven wheel;

·3. Bottom milling: the bottom surface is processed with a milling cutter;

In addition to the above three commonly used processing methods, there are two unique bottom processing technologies: CTT core contact technology and rolling technology.

1. Rolling process

Rolling is a kind of plastic processing method which can improve the surface roughness by rolling the high hardness and smooth roller with the metal surface and making the surface layer deform slightly.

Not only can the surface roughness of rolled workpieces reach ry0.1-0.8 μ m in a moment, but also the wear resistance and fatigue strength of workpieces can be increased by 30% after the workface is hardened, which has the advantages that cannot be obtained in cutting.

Rolling technology is applied to the bottom of the radiator directly contacting the CPU heat source, which can greatly improve the contact efficiency between the radiator and the CPU, thus improving the heat dissipation effect of the radiator.

2. CTT core contact technology

CTT core contact technology is the contact management between heat source and heat sink.

From the perspective of CPU heat dissipation, at first, it is simply to press the heat dissipation components directly with the CPU. With the continuous improvement of CPU cooling requirements, the cooling capacity of cooling components is facing greater challenges. The latest CTT management technology of Jiuzhou Fengshen realizes the direct contact between the heat pipe and CPU, so that the heat of the heat source can be directly transferred to the fins by the strong heat transfer ability of the heat pipe, so as to maximize the heat dissipation efficiency of the radiator.
